Valugistics (and its affilated companies) buys single-family houses and sets up "rent to own" programs for those houses to people who have trouble getting a mortgage from the usual sources.
We offer houses on a lease basis, lease/purchase, and lease mortgage option basis.

With a lease/purchase the option price of the house stays level.

With a lease mortgage option, the price decreases a little each month just like a mortgage. This is available on a 10,15,20 or a 30 years basis. At the end of the term, the option price is zero and you get the house.
